Yep! you got me. Sending the e-mail.
What are we supposed to do now (I am in on one of each)?
Email David Barber with your order:
I hope everyone who pledged to buy are placing an order!
I wonder if we place the order before they are ready to ship, or wait until David says ...GO!!!
I just ordered a black GC SR; I’ll let you know if David refuses my money. I am hoping he takes it.
(Again, it’d be easier for everyone if I could set up an automatic deposit situation where he just takes a bit out of each bi-weekly paycheck.)
I don't usually take orders in advance, but I may this time. The whole "wait list" thing always blows up on builders who use it. I am quoting the 17th as the day these start to ship.
Sent an email request for an invoice.
I may have the wrong e-mail. I sent it to Dave. I’m ordering two to cover one person who has to back out. Lol. I’m such a team player!
Has anyone heard back yet?
Got my invoice this morning.
yep! Me too!
Let's not forget to thank the OP who started this whole thing. Yay power of social media and stuff! And of course, thanks to Barber for listening, giving us what we want and allowing us to spend money!
Got mine too!
I had a bunch of requests for black pedals in my email, so I conducted normal biz in the afternoon and then replied to all the black pedal requests at the end of my day, which as usual was well after midnight!
I sent my $$ via PayPal. When I buy a Barber pedal w/ PayPal, I usually don't see any acknowledgement from Barber Electronics, just a shipping notice from PayPal when it is sent. I assume it's the usual drill this time?
If you send it directly to paypal without email contact I don't usually acknowledge anything back except for what paypal sends. This way we don't accidentally trigger someone's "significant other" before the item is on the way!
You, sir, are a very thoughtful bloke!
Sent an email requesting an invoice... huzzah and excelsior!
Ordered a black GC-SR yesterday.
