Wow, a speaker I wanted to try as Ted offers it with an Alnico magnet... killer chime, sweet highs (better than a Blue IMO) and breaks up magnificently! Anyone else try this gem? (Oh, I got it with PreRola doping too).

Not too "middy" in the Deluxe ? I usually like a Jensen style speaker, like a P12P, in a tweed Deluxe.

I have the ceramic magnet version and I like it, I wouldn't call it chimey at all, the highs are very rolled off.

I haven't tried the ceramic version, but the Alnico version is quite chimey.

One I have is in a Double Deluxe with a ceramic Blue Dog, mixes great with that speaker.
