Weber G12H30 vs Heritage Greenback G12H

I want to get the Greenback 30w tone, but the $250 price is tag is a little steep for me. How does the Weber clone compare?

Weber makes great stuff, you should also check out the WGS line of G12H30 style speakers, the Reaper, 55Hz, and HP. Great drivers.
