...yes, and I think that's about the last time they updated the website apart from the odd clip ;) ...

My local THD dealer mentioned to me that there's a rumour he's heard that the THD combo cabs may finally become available. Has anyone heard more?

I've been considering a Univalve as a direct recording amp but having a combo cab would add great versatility as a 'grab and go' amp.

Actually the site was last updated 2 years ago. And yes we know it's high time to redo it, but there are only so many hours in the day, plus there is always e-mail.

As for the combo cabs...no we haven't finished them. My guesstimate would be X-mas, assuming none of the other products that are suppossed to be released take longer than expected.

There will be a few EL84 amps...First one is a quad 84 head...really simple, Volume, and tone and that's all she wrote.
    Will ship january.
Next a tremolo version of it. But 6 month behind, then a channel switcher version another 6 month later.
Somewhere there the combo cabs HAVE to happen as well.
Then there's the pedal and after market part called Quintett, which is our take on a varitone.
And some other stuff I really can't talk about yet.

I can vouch for the tone of the EL-84 amp. It's honestly one of the best sounding amps I've ever played through. It's the first amp that really made consider the viability of dropping all of my pedals, and just using my volume knob for clean/dirty.

Hi Ed, just sent you a friend request.

Got a few of your products in my blogs, one of the guys uses a Hotplate on everything. Hugh Padgham produced some stuff for the band, and loved the Univalve, he used it on a few other projects too.

Here's one from a session at Hugh's place.
