Great show, Ive seen him abut five times and I think this was the best Ive seen him. The guy was just on the whole night! Mountain opened the night and Leslie West was just awesome. I actually liked Leslie'e tone a thousand times more then Joe's.

They both ended the show together with "Going Down" and let everyone one go home very happy.:AOK

Peavey vs. Budda = no contest.

I sure do love Joe though...

Of all the shredder type guys Joe has always been my fav. Just so melodic. As much as I like Vai, Petrucci, Morse, Howe, et al, the thing that sets him apart to me is his lines are totally singable in comparison to the others.

    Nutshell

Far as Joe's tone goes, he only uses his sig amp for it's clean channel to run pedals into. Or so I've read. Maybe that's why some people don't care for his tone as compared to others. (?)

Joe's new CD has some great tracks; 'revelation' in particular.
