What are the most bass heavy ODs and distortions out there?

    I'm using a Strat and a Twin reissue. I want a lot of low end.

    ZVex Box of Rock has tons of low end.

    Anything with a bass control can be bass heavy if you want it to, e.g. Xotic BB & AC, Timmy, etc.

    Are you looking for massive bass destruction or pedals that have a nice natural low end?

    Both. I'll probably have more application for the latter category, but I'm definitely interested in bass destruction, too.

    I found these mild OD have NICE NATURAL LOWS:

    MI Audio blues boy deluxe
    Subdecy Liquid Sunshine
    Barber/clark Gainster

    And for NICE low-mids, high-mids and any other kinda of mids:
    Menatone Howie (new version, 7 knobs 1 switch) but hard to dial in lows, but it can be done!

    +1 on the Zvex BoR, but I found the pedal with the absolute heaviest bass to be the Tim. I got rid of mine when I switched from Deville to Twin - the Twin already had a ridiculous amount of bass, and the Tim made it that much more
    ridiculous. :)

    the BoR has very heavy bass, but not in a traditional way.... its more of a bass widener. Sounds muddy when its not used right. Its not something to use for heavy-in-your-face bass and distortion.

    Tone Core Uber Metal. A thumber. Don't let the name fool you, it can do nice Marshall Crunch when dialed in.

    Pretty much any big muff.
    Boss FZ3 is pretty bass heavy
    Danelectro Fabtone - too much bass.
