I've got a Voodoo Lab Ground Control Pro and would like to connect a Volume and Wah - I believe they need to be passive pedals? Looking for options in the $100 range (ea).

Mission Engineering SP-1 here. I have three of them. They've held up to the gigging.

Converted EB volume pedals and a Rocktron pedal that came with my All Access. I wouldn't recommend converting EB pedals -- PIA. Buy a Mission pedal.

I'm using an old volume pedal at the moment (works as either one), but I'm in the process of converting an old crybaby. Seems very simple - pretty much just a stereo jack and a pot.

I've been using an EB VP-Jr as a second expression pedal with my GSP/Control 2 rig. A few weeks ago I contacted Aaron Tomberlin at NosePedal.com about building me a custom pedal with 2 expression knobs and the necessary holes for me to transplant my FS300 footswitch. I'm still waiting on delivery, but once it arrives I'll have a single pedal to use with my Control 2 that will add two additional expression controllers that I can assign to control any parameters I want, along with the three footswitches that I use to switch between low, medium and high gain.

I put a linear pot in mine and wired it to a TRS jack. Some units (and people) don't mind the log taper on a volume pedal, some do.

I like my mission expression pedal. I need to eventually get a second.

I have a GCP as well and I'm using a couple Rocktron HEX pedals for the two expression inputs. The thing you need to do when using the HEX with a GCP is to swap the T & R connections on just one side of the TRS cable (you'll need to do this to both cables) and they'll work fine with anything via the GCP. Learned that the hard way. I've had no issues with these. Very road worthy and adult-proof.

The Mission pedals definitely look real nice. I think I got my HEX pedals for $40 to $50 less each. If that matters.

I used to use a pair of old BOSS FV-500 pedals too. Definitely good pedals and though I abused the heck out of them, they always worked. I still have one of them. It's got a distinctive, distressed relic look to it.

I used the Missions and really liked them. If I had a gripe is that even with tightening they were a little loose for my taste. I like the feel of the EB VP or the Dunlop and how they stay in place. Minor gripe though as the Missions are fine pedals.

Well, I grabbed a slightly used Mission off the emporium - let's see how it goes - should have mid week. Thanks for the input!
