Opened this thread to post this song -- along with "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around."
Not a Stevie Nicks fan, but on both those songs she gets it.
L&L has a special place in my memories, though.
As mentioned earlier ,
Leather and Lace - Stevie and Don Henley
Stop Dragging My Heart Around - Stevie and Tom Petty
I'll ad Stevie and Dave Stewart.
Iha isnt a great vocalist but somehow it works well with Nina Gordon
She had another good one with Aaron Neville
Geen Steffani with Sublime before No Doubt broke big
Guess I shoulf have looked before I posted! Good call
THANK YOU! I've always loved that "forgotten" Clapton song.
Then there's this:
Heard this the other day and had forgotten about it. Always liked it.
Anything Civil Wars
Don't You Want Me - Human League
I've actually always liked Leather and Lace - Henly and Nicks (hate other solo Nicks, and don't like the Tom Petty duet either),
Not sure if I should count all the Fleetwood Mac with Stevie and Lindsey (and Christine) as I'm thinking more of "trade off verses" and "duet choruses" here.
If we're going to allow Suite Sister Mary, I'm gonna have to throw in Paradise by the Dashboard Light.
I actually like that Sheryl Crow and Kid Rock song!
Oh crap, Jackson!!!
I love the version of Under Pressure that Annie Lennox and David Bowie did at the Freddie Mercury tribute.
Though I maybe shouldn't post the Youtube, I'm quite fond of the "X" rated version of "Think Twice" by Jackie Wilson and Laverne Baker.
Lots of great duets from Louis Prima and Keeley Smith.
I ain't right. How do you know? I love these...
This is always a good one. Paul and Linda.
Ronnie Dunn and Reba McIntyre “If You See Him”
There are a million great country ones, but this one is as good as any:
Not a huge Willie Nelson fan, but he sounds good here with Emmylou Harris (as everybody does):
