Not sure exactly where to post this question, but I was wondering
what company would be best to ship a speaker from the
    UK to Australia?

    Thanks for your help.

You will probably get more replies in the Amp and Cabs section rather than the emporium :)

I have shipped items a couple of times to Australia and the cheapest by far was using the USPS.

Either Fedex or UPS. I shipped a guitar from the UK, and I used one or the other.
USPS is a lot cheaper than UPS, so the Royal Mail probably will be too.
Speakers are heavy, so that's going to make it costly no matter what option you choose.
