Curious. I'm a huge reverb fan but the Space may actually be more than I need.

I like the sound of the Hardwire RV-7 but I wish it had a little more options to it/could go bigger in sound.

I don't want a Big Sky either. I guess I want something in between the fully packed Space/Big Sky and the regular old single stomp sized boxes with 3-4 controls.

I had an EHX Cathedral but that didn't do it for me.

Got mine for $315 on reverb.
Can be had in Prymaxe for $420, sometimes a little bit cheaper.

They'll have to pry mine from my cold, dead fingers.

Sold it and bought a blue sky and a wet. Sold those to buy an H9.

I already have a Space, I'm just wondering if it is too much.

It was more than I needed. Stepped down to a Strymon Blue Sky / Flint combo... but then axed the Blue Sky and have only had the Flint for at least 18 months. Probably longer.

I miss a couple of the algos, but that thing was more trouble than it was worth. I'd buy an H9 before getting another one, though.

don't really get why you would get an h9 unless you wanted other sounds in addition to reverb. If that is the case, that is fine, but its like getting a Space again.

Red panda Context is what replaced mine. The space was ok. Better than the bigsky I had. but the delay switching between patches made me crazy on the space

there are ways to get around that you can set inside the settings a buffered delay so the signal will fade out while it changes. if you set that up its not much of a big deal.

If you don't run in Stereo, the Source Audio Dimension Reverb may work for you. I demoed and liked it the best out of the Soundblox2 Series.

I would get one but have a H9.

My journey went Space, BigSky, H9 (replacing BigSky & a Timeline), BigSky again, Space again. Now I'm using the Source Audio Dimension and an Industrialectric RM-1N. I don't need MIDI, stereo, or hundreds of presets so these are working well for me.

    Yup.
Red Panda Context is a winner!
I am looking forward to checking out the Mooer Shimverb Pro, though.

The OP wasn't into the EHX Cathedral and to me; the Context has extremely similar qualities to the sound of the Cathedral's reverb.

When I had a Context, I was playing with another guitarist for a few months who had the Cathedral and we both remarked how the sound was very similar.

I think they ship the Space with patches that are all way over top.

After dialing in some more, I got a nice Room and Plate going on. It might be worth keep the Space to have presets for the straight forward stuff and for those Epic reverbs.
