What do you put before yr Screwdriver?

I used to use my white Eternity as my gauge as to what the other pedals on my board should be voiced like...which led me to run a Screwdriver after it which has forced me to try something else before my Screwdriver. I'M NOT LOOKING TO "STACK". Just looking for something that can hang in he same tonal territory but maybe more open and with less gain.

I've had great success with putting the Timmy, Eternity and the Keeler Designs Pull before the Screwdriver.

It sounds best with something good after it. I'm not into TS-9 style pedals, but try one after a screwdriver. Seriously. That **** is nuts.

I dunno - kinda.

Volume - 2:00
Gain - 10:00
Sharpness - 10:00
Pregain and Brilliance to taste.

I basically have it set as a gritty low gain OD/fuzz sound - it reacts well to my picking attack and volume knob changes at these settings, and then stacking it into my HBOD or Timmy gives me really nice fuzz tones.
