Interesting. I'll never own one but electric is the future IMHO.

What I don't get is that since you don't need gas, why not go totally 'form follows function' and omit/redesign the gas tank like thing on this bike.

Surprised they didn't put a kickstarter on it.

I think it was their attempt to still make it look like a gas motorcycle. If they’d eliminated it it would look like a motor scooter

I wish it looked a little more like the ones from Tron. I mean, if you're gonna make an electric motorcycle, go all out.

I live in Southern California and I would never ride a motorcycle.
I wouldn't last a month here on that death trap.
If you are in a wide open space you have much less to dodge. But dodge you must.

Total disaster, but probably the best Harley ever made.

I would buy a Harley if Harley would build what I want. But a completely silent electric bike ain’t it.

I’ll be on my Ducati burning dinosaur fuel.

    Flop
But not just for the obvious reason that it is not traditional Harley.
Flop because the dealerships are not behind it either.
The Company just does not know what to do with it's base slowly dying off.

Mark my words, Indian wil have Harley Davidson's market share in 20 years.

First service on my Monster 1200S is at 18,000 miles. That’s more miles than most non-touring bikes ever see, so I’m not overly concerned.

I have 32K miles on my HD in 21 months, no valve adjustments necessary. In fact, change oil in all three holes, clean the air filter once in a while put gas in it and go.

Already been discussed. Summary - too expensive compared to existing electric motorcycle offerings, not enough range compared to existing electric motorcycle offerings, no appeal to their fan base. Harley arrogance. Sell your stock now.
