from the ladies or guiys from your experience?
pointy head shiny stuff or pretty colors, etc...
In my experience..
From the ladies - Les Pauls almost everytime.
Dudes? My tele relic
The one on the right, for some reason they go nuts for it.
Guild Bluesbird Goldtop is always a lady pleaser.
Yep. Rock an ES and people think you're serious. Same goes for a 6120 in my experience.
At my church, my friend's Ibanez Joe Satriani White pointy special got all sorts of attention immediately. My Fender Custom Shop 60's relic that I paid close to $3000 for almost goes unnoticed. That's it, I'm selling that POS! .... not!
Despite my Gretsch, SG, and Sunburst Casino (with Bigsby), I still get people talking about the Classic Vibe Telecaster I played for 1 gig... 14 months ago...
Guitars that sound good usually get the most compliments
From non musicians: My flying V
From musicians: My mid 90's ESP Mirage (It really sounds great)
My Les Paul always gets way more comments than any other guitar I play ... for both looks and sound.
These two, both 81's coincidentally.
My Eastwood Sidejack.
Sad, I've had some nice guitars - Les Pauls, a ES-335, several telecasters, strats, etc.
But this guitar just catches people's attention. Helps that it also sounds amazing now that I've stuck lollars in it.
A LPB bound tele. People think it is a beautiful guitar.
the 339 is a real head turner.
This one has its own all-female fan club:
can you post a pic...a lot of viewers can't get FB and other like media at work
dang...best FV I have seen! whats the story on that? That burst finish kills!
My MJ's always attention. It's the Head Stock for sure:
^ Yeah, people love big semi-hollows and hollowbodies, especially in bright colors. When I started rocking my Gibson Tennessean this year, people started going ape over the axe.
