I'm liking Ken Smith and Lizard Spit. Both really bring out the shine. The Smith works really well on the Taylor and the Lizard Spit is great on the electrics.

I use Ken Smith. At the full line guitar shop I worked at that was the only polish we used there, too. Does it's job very well. We would use Gibson polish for icky gooey stuff. Strangely specifically good for that. Otherwise we never used it.

Also Virtuoso. Was prompted to look into polishing a fragile nitro finish recently and was worried about what to use. Actually found this product on the gearpage forum and was surprised they don't do more brand advertising, the polish worked and did not damage the finish, have since used on more recent nitro finishes and would buy again. Coincidentally just as I found this, they are now out of stock due to factory shutdown.

I've been using Gibson polish for decades but have just taken delivery of some Fender Custom Shop polish for a change. I've also gone for a deluxe Fender plush polishing cloth.

    Erm, haven't used them yet.

*The Gibson polish is fine though and non-abrasive. It hasn't ever damaged a guitar of mine.

None. I dislike the feel of polish, and don't need it anyway. A soft cloth, dry or very slightly damp, works fine. I don't add anything to the surface of my guitars. I also find it pointless to create an untouched look.

Nothing at all.... time spent cleaning a guitar is time spent not playing it.

Suffice to say the most of my guitars are dusty and in need of fretwork lol.

This. Usually just when I'm restringing. The Ibanez Prestige guitar cloth is really good IMO.
