Rocks by far... I love everything up to, and including "night in the ruts."

    Rocks is #1 for me.

2nd is either toys or get your wings. Both great, can't pick one.

Toys In The Attic followed by Rocks. That's a pretty solid chronological 1-2 punch, too, innit? :)

Draw The Line simply because Kings & Queens is Aerosmith's best song.

The first one. Because that is how I remember them sounding when they were a local Boston band.

    Rocks.

sonically it seems sort of grungy and live sounding whereas Toys is more studio-clean IMO.

Seems you could hear and feel the stronger drug use coming through the speakers. Seems there was a cycle with those classic rock bands where the drugs helped for a while and then they started hurting. You could sort of feel the heroin influence on rocks to where it was a little grungier than Toys. The drugs were there influencing but they hadnt taken a strong toll yet.

Then on subsequent albums the drugs took a stronger toll and now instead of helping they hurt and the songwriting etc went downhill a bit
