wellllll I decided to build a smaller home/acoustic board for whenever in the distant future it is that we start playing live music again, and bought
- a Strymon Iridium
- a Source Audio Collider
- a Mojo Hand Rook (in the mail)
- DD7 (bought and sold)
- RV5 (bought and sold)
writing that out sounds like a lot for only being 6 weeks into this year...
Add a(nother) Suhr eclipse to my list. And a cheapo mini tuner off Amazon, the tiny tune or something like that. Surprisingly decent for $30
Sigh. The lead boost spot on my main rig has become a bit of a revolving door. Had an SA Kingmaker for that with a bunch of different sounds and sold it to put my mojo hand rook in that spot.
the Rook is awesome. It sounds so good and it fits seamlessly in my rig. But that’s the problem. It fits too seamlessly and doesn’t pop out for lead lines like I want. So I bought an archer and have a spark incoming to see if either of those will do what I want, and the Rook is outgoing. Sigh.
