What Strat pickups are these?

I thought these were Texas Specials, but it turns out I could be wrong. Does anyone know what these are?

They have flat pole pieces, plastic bobbins that have "016730" molded into the bottom, two black screws screwed into the bottom of the bridge pickup, plastic covered wire, 5 way switch, and what I think is a no-load tone pot. The leads on the pickups are blue & white for the bridge, red & white for the middle, and yellow & white for the bridge. They came on a w/b/w pickguard.

Definitely NOT Texas Specials. Those have vintage bobbins and cloth wires.

Is this US made from Fender? If so, they could be American Std's. Seem the same as what I had before in my US std strat, according to your description.

I believe it is from a US fender, but I don't really have a way to be certain. Maybe this is the set that came in the American Standards with the Delta Tone thingy? I think that all that was was a no-load tone pot.

Actually, I'm pretty sure now that they're from an American Standard with the Delta Tone system, which was just the no-load tone pot.

Someone on the TDPRI posted a drawing from Fender that is exactly like these, down to the star lug used for grounding.
