    The vast,vast majority of songs(even ones I really like at first) eventually get old,and lose their luster as the years drag on.THIS is one of a handfull of pieces for me that just gets gooder and gooder each time I go back and listen to it.Hell,check my signature! :agree

    To me it is the ultimate Pink FLoyd tone. I cant count the times I saw that at the midnight movies in the '70's.

    Echos is one of those defining experiences of my life.Live or the album,I'll never forget seeing them perform that live in Dallas in surround sound in '74.
    I love the performance of Saucerful of Secrets in Pompei.

    My favourite Pink Floyd track and my favourite performance of said track. :) Finally got the Pompeii DVD this past Christmas...I bought the VHS version many years ago.
