So why not go for it now in case you're placed on a stricter diet I guess. Surprised the results for such a potentially serious issue take so long BTW. I still bet you'll get an 'all clear'.

I used to have a vegan buddy who would ask me which dead animal's flesh I had for dinner.
I'm sure he meant to put me off meats, but it did no good.

Chicken cutlets with tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, garlic and red wine, rice pilaf and broccoli. I saw about three minutes of this recipe today on Food Network while standing in line at the deli and recreated it.

Whipped up sort of a teriyaki Kung Pao chicken with a whole bunch of snow peas. Laid on some smashed pequin peppers for some really good heat.

It was great but I don't have any pics.

Seems kind of uncool to try to take pics while you're stabbing your meal with a fork.

Got a couple ways to go:

    spinach/cheese tortellini

    Brisket

chicken white-sauce enchiladas (which have absolutely nothing to do with enchiladas except the tortillas).

Any of these go great with the fresh asparagus and salad I'm making now.... just waiting to hear what Jan wants.

How did you make the spaghetti? Did you dry them before cooking or use them fresh?

A ribeye ala Gordon Ramsey and salad. To drink, a local red obtained for FREE at a winery we just performed at. +1 on the steak, red vino was merely okay.
