Sugar soda is making me fatigued. I need to make the switch to diet soda. Diet Pepsi is ok but I'm looking for something better. What's the best diet soda in your opinion?

San Pellegrino. Ya, it's not a soda but I find carbonated water subs just fine and I don't have to worry about HFCS or sugar or whatever sugar sub they're using now.

    Coke Zero FTW! :drink

Diet Dr. Pepper, Diet Mountain Dew, and Diet Cherry 7-Up are pretty good too.

And Caffiene-Free Diet Coke isn't bad (it's better than the regular Diet Coke IMO).

Edit: Oh yeah, how could I forget Diet A&W Rootbeer?!?

After finally making the connection that the dark, caramel colored soft drinks (even diet) caused stomach distress, I switched to the colorless diet soft drinks, Meijers generic version of diet Sprite being my favorite, even over actual diet Sprite.

But these days, after five kidney stones, I find myself reaching for water more frequently.

Coke zero is .000000000003 % better for you than diet coke, so that's what I'd go for .... either that or leaded water, pretty much the same thing :red

No aspartame or is it good for you now? Depends on the week I guess. America consumes a lot of stuff other countries have banned.

Ya know ... Don't know what it is but those Diet Dr. Pepper sodas have a taste that is even 'better' than regular Dr. Pepper.
Do not drink them all the time ... however, there are moments when nothing else will do... :)

Thats like asking which is the best poison to drink! Sugar sodas have way too much sugar to be healthy. Diet sodas have asparteme or other artificial sweetner that cause cancer. Water is the best. Even coffee is better for you.

This. "Diet" soda also negatively impacts metabolic processes making you fat. Sorry to be a buzzkill but any processed "food", especially in the US, is horrible for you.

Fresca has been making different flavors the past few years. Peach, Black Cherry, etc... I'm not a soda drinker at all, but those are hands down the best, imo, diet soda's out there.

For fruit flavored diet soda, if you can find it, Diet Rite Black Cherry or Red Raspberry.
For diet soda, it's Diet Coke, all the way.
I asked a waitress if she was SURE that she had served me Diet Coke. I said, it tastes funny.
She then admitted, it was Coke Zero.
Do NOT mess with the freakishly loyal Diet Coke crowd!
