I'm not sure the VVT Lindy Fralin 45 watt has been mentioned and I'm not sure why

Magnatone Single V 2x12 Alnico Golds
Amazing clean tone, it is delicious!!
There is no best, but both my Suhr ML-100 and Phil Jamison amps are pretty nice. THey're not really giging amps, so I am looking for a smaller Fenderish combo. I'll probably pick up the Landau amp, if nothing else catches my eye.
I’ve got a single channel Carol Ann amp powered by KT66 tubes. I asked for a JTM45 style amp and what I got from Alan is an incredible sounding amp. The clean to low gain thing is there is where this thing shines and it’s not crazy loud. If you want something with more power, check out a JTM45/100. I really love this style of amp for their cleans.
I’ll work backwards....
(I feel very fortunate to have owned all of these);
- Carr Rambler, Mercury V
- Redplate CDS2, Blackverb
- Magnatone Varsity
- Milkman Creamer
- Lazy J J20
The Winners by far, and my current (only) 2 amps;
- Matchless Nighthawk (live and rehearsal)
- 3rd Power Wooly Coats mkii (home and small gig)
They are both simply divine, and were purchased for less than £2700 for both. Very lucky man.
Milkman Dairy Air w/matching 2x12 cab. LOVE IT!

It’s been about four months and I’m still digging it.
I get the classic BF/SF cleans and a creamy Kieth Richards crunch when cranked and with the baxandall eq, midrange and gain control it’s a lot more flexible than the average. It’s everything I want a champ/Princeton/deluxe to be when I plug into one.
