I have a couple of TS style pedals like a Bad Monkey and a Biyang Mad Driver but due to space limitations on my board, I need a micro sized pedal. Out of all the micro sized pedals out there, what's the best TS style one?

I've not tried, but three other manufacturers to consider would be NicoFX, Dan Zink, and One Control.

All three have done a myriad of micro circuits.

The Mooer has a Hot setting. You should audition them to hear whether that option/variety is something you like/need...

I've gotta say that there's not a lot that isn't known about the TS9 circuit, and the layout in one of those tiny boxes is pretty restrictive. I'd be surprised if they don't all sound pretty similar.

I mean, from my experience the biggest difference in sound comes from (1) cap/resistor values/tolerances, (2) fv of diodes, (3) material of diodes, (4) op-amp

Assuming 2, and 3 are the same (and they should be... 1n4148/1n914 diodes are cheaper than dirt and sound good) that leaves you with 1 and 4. If I were you I'd play a few at your local music store to see how they compare in terms of EQ.
