Nice, I like to tinker too.

The LP has two SK Dual Tone II's with push/pull knobs on the vol and tone knobs so I can switch to any coil or combination thereof, and there is a series/parallel switch on the neck pup.

The SG now has a T-Armond neck, and a BG Pure 90 bridge.

I suspect no one or very few people own one of these guitars in the US. This is a Japanese semihollow guitar that is branded VG. They are made in the same factory where the Made in Japan Ibanez and Gretsch hollowbodies are made.

Funny, my rarest guitar is also a Framus. A 1966 Strato Deluxe. I also have a 1974 Ibanez Custom Agent but I don't know if those are rare or not.

I have one too (the Vela) but yours has a more interesting top. The top on mine looks brand new.

Yes. Its actually pretty nice as far as vintage Japanese bridge and trem's go. The bridge itself is an adjustable roller type. Generally I'll replace the straight bar type with a TOM so I can intonate them. Hell this one still has its bridge cover.

    nothing i own is rare.

i do have serial number #2 of the first round of the Balaguer BB thicket. Beau got #1 since its his sig guitar.

i also have the prototype of the silverburst Balaguer Hyperion.

but both of those guitars were relatively inexpensive compared to what is being posted in this thread and both are still being made.

    I guess it's my '66 CS Strat reissue. It's a 2005 NAMM limited edition, 200 ex.
I was gonna post my original '59 Les Paul Junior but they made quite a few of these, so it's not that rare - even though it's quite valuable now.

The Jazzcaster next to it is technically the rarest of all guitars, as it's a one-off custom order from Warmoth, and I 'm sure there is no other guitar on Earth with the same specs! :p

My custom ordered DGT Greentop. Probably not too many hanging around.

Gibson DG-335. One of the first 250 they made.
I have a couple other rare and one off guitars, but this is probably the best suited for this thread. The neck on this guitar is amazing!
