A fellow TGPer played the SOD50 last week..... Here is a snippet from a PM I got a couple of days ago....

"Just wanted to say thanks again for working on my amp and letting me check all of yours! I get UBER nervous playing in front of people, and I never know what to play so I usually just sound like crap! lol :worried Your Glaswerks sounds AMAZING in the both the 80's and 90's modes (especially the 90's mode IMHO!), I was truly impressed man! Great work with that baby! Your Fuchs pretty much owned mine, I will admit, but with the modding the tone was DEFINATELY improved on mine! Thanks for tweaking it for me, very cool to see the work done in person, I'm always interested in learning the more technical side of stuff like that so for me it was nice! I'll have to come by myself next time so I don't have to feel badly about my girlfriend being outside waiting for me! :D "

LOL! He made his girlfriend wait outside?:nono

I'm asuming this was a quick fix of some sort? Too funny.

"Hey honey! I'm going in here for awhile...Stay in the car."

I dunno. I just thought it sounded hilarious to me, but my mind is twisted in some ways.

Hey Scott, the picture you sent me of your amp just isn't doing it for me anymore. I mean it's cool and all, but nowhere near as cool as mine is gonna be!

I had posted somewhere else but That 50W Scott has sounds amazing .. really sparkling clean sound and killer OD. Although I must say he had a SLX sitting around he'd been working over and that one had a more 'mellow' clean but a much more complex OD sound to me both amazing amps for sure. And Scott .. he's just a crazy maniacal genius when it comes to these ODS amps. (Plus he plays guitar ... :D )

If you lived where I lived, a crack in the window is not going to help.

......... the traveler asked if he was in HELL and the devil said, no just Arizona....... :FM (that is a SMILEY in AZ.)

not to take anything away from the Glaswerks as I haven't heard one yet, would really like to as my interest is highly piqued...but...
...Improving the Em Pro would be about as tough as improving a BJ from a 'real' woman after spending 25 years behind bars, no?

    :D
