Well, not sure if chorus should ever sound *one* way, but this has to be my favorite, the TC 1210 Spatial Expander...

The TC 1210 is a very special beast, in my opinion, because it's fully analog and yet has a frequency response that's usually only found in digital units, so it has a very unique character to the sound. The spatial tricks it can do are out of this world too. I don't have one personally, but I've spent the last year or so researching it and perfecting my emulations of it on the Lexicon PCM80.
Filipino band, not sure you'd like it. The chorused sound (and riff) of the guitarist is stuck in my head ever since I heard it. Check especially the chorus at 1:23 and the bridge and the refrain at 2:45.
I'm not sure what pedal was used. I imagine it's a Fromel Seraph or Boss Dimension C, but I'm not sure.
