Just curious, what your favorite Mesa is.
I still love the Rectifier the best.

    Dual Recto for me.

Partial to my '85 blue stripe MkIII. Imbuya and wicker short head, with eq/fan/verb/international tranny/and factory channel-2 gain boost mod (switchable in/out via mini toggle or f/s). One great amp. Cheers.

My favorite Mesa would definitely have to be the Heartbreaker. It's such a sweet sounding amp.

not exactly my favorite amp of all time but a plenty cool boogie, it's a 77 hun/rev with an Altec.

I've owned a Mark III, a Mark IV, a Hearbreaker, a Maverick, a Blue Angel, a Nomad 55 and a DC-5. The last one to go was the Blue Angel.

+1 on the Heartbreaker. There was a steep learning curve to coax out the sounds that I wanted, but they were in there hiding.

The Mark IV is probably my all time favorite, but I also like: Trem-O-Verb, Heartbreaker, Quad Pre, DC-10.

Had a MK3 that sounded great when it worked.

Of all I've played, I like the MK1 RI the best. Mk2B close second.

Don't like the Recto series for my tastes.
