Kelly Industries NY - 140 year old Pine - also getting a no truss fat neck from Kelly - probably going to
use my ))#* pickup set in the pine fat nect to imitate a 1949 prototype????

JayDawg Ash - Blondie -- going to use a tapped bridge pup - one that mimics Jimmy Pages Led Zep ! era Dragon Tele (his started life as a blond) I'm going to add a neck pup - but it sure makes a cool Esquire - maybe I'll leave it as a Esquire? ( Any Votes?)
and the other tap Steve Croppers blond 62 Esquire - two push pull pots one will turn on the tap,
the other will eliminate the tone circuit when pulled up - using Glendales 60's interpretation of the threaded saddles of the late 50's -

PS... ( Parts are just setting on top both guitars and necks are not mounted yet..)

Beautiful, Don! I love the "Atom Heart Mother" milk cow pickguard on #1 (pine tele). Is that one finished (stained)?

Love to see those "knots", lovely!

    thanks,
just all in parts still - Pine has no finish -- maybe just light coast of lacquer soon? the maker suggest Shellac

I think Esquire is the way to stay with this new build-
It already looks allot like Steve Croppers 62' I even got the pickgaurd right - single ply 8 hole ~
