1. During the first week of August 2020, we'll be upgrading the software TGP runs on to the currently available up-to-date version. The software version is a significant upgrade, so there will be some downtime as we do the work under the hood. We've got a team of professionals, including the software development company assisting the process. We've conducted substantial tests using backups of the current forum to ensure a smooth and successful upgrade. We've gone to great lengths on the design of the theme (aka 'skin' or look and feel) of the forum to offer a better user experience for members and visitors. The default theme will be new, yet clearly influenced by the classic TGP look. We will have a dark version of that also easily selectable. Also available will be a "Classic TGP" theme that closely matches the current theme you are accustomed to using with the current software. There is also an easy width adjustment to make it set width or expand to your window width for each theme. As we get closer, I'll update everyone so hopefully, no one will be caught by surprise.

I've been wanting a Collings 360 Baritone for a long time. I'm hoping a used one at a good price shows up this year.

Next guitar will either be a Reverend Trickshot, Buckshot or Balch. Then, the one after that will be another from that list.

What would we be without wishful thinking?

Future 24, roasted maple neck, basswood body, non fine tuner Floyd, in a Gretsch champagne sparkle. I had the chance to visit his shop a couple of years ago and put my first order in on the spot. Great guy and great guitars.

Why stop at one since COVID-19 has so viciously reminded me that tomorrow may never come? Grosh Retro Classic, Tom Anderson Hollow T, Gibson LPR9, Collings 290, Epiphone Dot, Les Paul Custom Black Beauty, Taylor 814CE, Ovation Al DiMeola Signature are all on the list and not necessarily in that order.

I think I saw that bridge being fit tested...but I could be wrong. Gretsch champagne sparkle....sha-wing!!!

I think I may get him to make me a jazzmaster type with P90's, sparkle finish with matching headstock. His guitars play so well, and his fretwork...seriously, I don't believe there is better.

I'm currently working on the next partscaster. Hopefully, it'll be done in the next 2-3 weeks but that's before the virus will be gone.

Since I mainly buy almost all my guitars from pawnshops, I got a couple I've got my eye on.

They've both been there for a while because they're asking close market for the,

If I go in with cash I can get either of them at wholesale price because I've bought quite a few guitars from both places.

My ONLY issue is I HAVE to sell some gear to get the money I need to buy them.

I need to be able to raise some decent cash, so I might be a while with everything that's going on, before I can snag either one.

These guitars guitars are more wants than needs, so if I don't get them, it won't bother me a bit.

One is this '19 PRS Faded Blue Whale Custom 24:

The other is this '75 Alvarez Yairi DY-90:

I feel compelled to point out that interest free financing is available for 24 months right now...so, Silver Sky is $100 a month (roughly). Maybe no one should wait...buy now!
