It can be a weird effect, a bizarre soundscape, double effect, whatever! What's that peculiar pedal that's not quite like the standard sounds we know and love? Mine would be my boss digital metalizer. Analog dirt (and nice distortion to boot!!) with a digital doubling or chorus built in, two boards in a standard enclosure

Easy one for me -- Malekko Charlie Foxtrot !! It's a box full of Strange. Designed in collaboration with Dandy Warhols guitarist, Peter Holmström. Nuff said.

This thing. It can be programmed to do a lot of, if not most of what any submission in this thread will do. In the right hands, it’s insane.

I just opened up a Youtube list of videos of this, but haven't listened to them yet. Monophonic?

My strangest pedal would be Flanger Hoax.

I have the DBA Robot, the Cbread Coriolis and Bicycle, and the Cooper FX Generation Loss, but the weirdest one is probably the Tonal Recall just because there's so much it can do.

Yes, it's mono and I have a (mostly) stereo board.

Pigtronix Mothership 2. Super cool analog synth pedal with character for days. More uses than you might expect.

Shame it didn’t get more traction on release. Probably due to the $250 MSRP, but thankfully I got it on MF SDOTD for like half price.

I don’t use it all the time, but when I do, there’s a smile on my face!

Unfortunately my pedals aren't weird. The strangest one is the Reezafratzitz, but it's just a distortion pedal. The only strange thing about it is the name, because what exactly is a Reezafratzitz? Something Yosemite Sam said?

Either the EHX Flanger Hoax or the EQD Data Corrupter.

Weirdest thing I currently own is probably the Dr Scientist Bitquest. All kinds of fun sounds in that little box.

I’ve had a bunch of weird pedals, mostly analog synth type ones. But I’ve sold all of them after the novelty effect waned. I guess the weirdest one left is the Beetronics Whoctahell. And it’s not even weird, it’s just awesome.

My Shannon Uniphase. It's not exactly a phaser or a Univibe, can get Chorus-like on some settings, but always useable sounds IMO. Very responsive to different pick-ups/guitars.

Not so strange soundwise, but the controller is quite weird and funny to use at the same time : Jacques Trinity from France

DMM. Mighty strange how a pedal can outdo itself in sounding so good time and time again.

Zvex Lofi Loop Junky gets a nod. Not particularly strange as far as looping goes, it's fairly basic despite being the only one of its kind on the market for nearly 2 decades... and makes anything you record sound stranger in replay

Right now that would be my Neon Custom 2-Band Wah with optional stereo out. 2 separate wah sweeps can be dialed in simultaneously, a voxy-type sweep and a bass sweep. When blended together you can get some really neat, throaty wah tones. Works great with fuzz.

This wild thing. I use it a lot for synths/synth-style guitar. It sounds absolutely awful in the best way possible. Very fun for when I've gotten the main textures of a song completed but I want some... Unique textures to fill in the gaps, usually in the very high frequencies.
