Peter Green and B.B.King are and always will be among My favorites for a great "Slow Blues". However, I think that Peter Green's partner in Fleetwood Mac, Danny Kirwan, is way too often, overlooked.

Peter Green, Gary Moore, Eric Clapton, BB King, gosh so many, and up and coming mention goes to Chris Buck has an interesting slant on it. Gilmour although not strictly in the genre I guess has a really nice style well rooted in slow blues.
