Where can I find a Maestro Stage Phaser knob and battery door?

Does anybody know where I can find a knob for a Maestro Stage Phaser and a battery door? Original or reproduction is fine. I just grabbed an MSP at a guitar show and it had a smaller non-original knob and no battery door. Any help would be much appreciated.

This guy used to sell the battery doors, that's where I got mine. Not selling any at the moment though.
