    E-Bay is your best bet.

You see them on eBay pretty often, at least last time I was looking around for one...

what gibson... uhhh no. Enless they are going to copy it.

YOu know they are not made anymore. So you can only find used ones. Ebay... you can get one for like 1250-1600. Go get yourself a tc dtwo. I had it... its good but Im a pedalboard guy now. And the tc nova is better sounding than the dtwo and Ive herd that the nova is so on with 2290.

a local shop here in san diego sold one for $700 a few weeks ago to a TGPer :)

I hope gibson doesn't decide to reissue a relic'd version that costs $5000 because it has a super expensive aaaaaaaaaaaaaa flame top.

Well as I said you can´t have mine - I´ll never ever sell it.
I think Ebay will be your best bet, and if you see one in good condition just go for it you will not regret it - it´s still the Mc Daddy of delays.
I don´t have indeept experiece with the D-Two, but the few times I´ve heard it I found that it sounded very good - but not as good as the 2290.
I have however a TC Nova Delay that aI use on my board for smaller gigs, and can only praice it - it sounds great, easy to operate and can do a lot of different flavors of delay.
It´s easily the best delay pedal a "sane" pricerange and the only other I would consider is a Skrydstrup DDL - which sounds terrific but is a lot of cash - fully justifyable price for what you get, but a lot of money still.
If I didn´t have the 2290, and haden´t been exposed to it before I think I would just have bourght the Nova Delay, and been completely satisfyed.
Good luck in your search - RB
