I'm looking to score an empty Marshall style head box (JTM45/plexi 50 size). I know about Splawn and Mojotone. Are there any others worth checking out? Thanks.

webervst.com has started doing some really nice head cabs in natural woods (I'm not sure about a standard Marshall look, you'll have to check it out). good luck.

+1 on Jeff Swanson's work. He made me a plexi head cab and the attention to detail it amazing. I've had other guys make some head cabs that look ok from a distance but when you start looking at the seams and piping Jeff's cab really stands above the rest.

Well it's for a 36 watt kit from Ceriatone. I just think that the 50 watter Marshall box would look sexy...and I'm pretty sure that the chassis would fit in there with no problems. I'm just shopping around to get the best deal.

There are a couple of small box head cabinets on Ebay rightt now fairly cheap, one is fawn, the other is an original Marshall.

I'm having a 36W built right now by Ceriatone as well, I went with Jeff Swanson for my head and 2x12 speaker cabinet, Celestion Heritage G12M's.
