Im looking for a good overdirve, distortion (not fuzz), maybe another fuzz just to mess around with, an eq...(obviously the SBEQ is the only option...) and thats about it. How does something like the HBOD compare to something like the eternity, TS808, or klon?...how does the PPF compare to a mayo, FF, big muff, or tone bender?...how does the EGDM compare to something like the RAT?...etc. Do you guys think these pedals are for me? ive wanted one (atleast) for quite some time, but, they are out of stock everywhere I look...

Check out the descriptions and clips that are available and decide which one suits what you need (want). The HB is nothing like an 808, Klon, or Eternity. Really not like anything else, to be honest. It really depends on what kind of od/dist/fuzz you are looking for. They are all very different.

those comps are all way off.even comparing CAF to the mayo, FF, big muff, or tone bender,is a million miles apart.

if your looking to try some of BJFs OD's and Fuzz.i'd start with the HB and CAF,instead of the PPF.HB is great low gain,Eternity does low gain and other gains very well, both very different.really doesn't matter where you start, once you get one you'll want more.

I want an OD thats low-mid gain. For higher gain OD, Id use the Eternity Im waiting on or maybe the zendrive 2. I would also like to use it together with my fuzz boxes. I want the notes to remain as clear as possible aswell.

you want to stack fuzzes and ODs? right. the only useful way to do that is to have a very light fuzz running into a light OD. that can produce some good tones. but not with the heavy fuzzes your talking about. unless, example, fuzz factory with no drive, high octave gate, comp all down, stab all up, running into a light od, it produces this nice little high octave fizziness that is wonderful. btw, you can only use your neck pickup with this, and roll down the volume and tone a bit.
i dont see why you want so many ods dist and fuzzs? itd be so confusing, and the results live would be far too varied. you should focus on getting 3 or 4 boxes you like and get some good tones out of them and focus on them.

well so far I just like my mayo and FF out of the fuzzes. Out of OD's, all I have now is a TS808 ri (since Ive never been big on the OD's until now), and for Dist. all I have is a RAT (since Im mainly into fuzz)...Before I got all this boutique stuff I like the sound I was getting from my TS808 ri and my Big muff combined...I dont remeber what the knobs where on, I just remeber it was a very mean sounding, in your face type of fuzz. Very harsh.

Wait for your Eternity. It can do low-med gain VERY well. And, it stack well with many other pedals. IMO you'll just be wasting money getting anything else before you give it a try. If you've got one on order, it won't be that long before you'll have your answer. Then, if you have to have another sound, you'll know what you're missing. Or, you can go the Pokemon route and collect 'em all!:AOK

Not sarcastic, you obviously have the money, so why not buy the whole range?

Why not buy every pedal from every manufacturer. We all know the more pedals you have the better guitar player you will be. I guess you're already bored with the $1500 worth of pedals you got last week. Good luck collecting pedals.

Hulked over the computer and posting incessantly about pedals on a Saturday night. Riiight. I think you need more help than a few BJF pedals will provide. Well, at least they won't talk back to you or try to hurt you. And at least you're pissing your $ away on something good, I know a guy who blew far more $ on weed and escort services.
