Which Mesa Boogie Mark is this?

Hi guys,theres a mesa boogie mark 2 or possibly 3 for sale that im interested in.Im just not sure which one it actually is.According to the ad its a 1989 mk2.I dont think that it is though.Is it a mark 3 purple stripe perhaps?

looks like a mark iii....there is a purple stripe. tough to tell from the pics. there is also a black stripe, and the pic isnt great in general.

The "Rhythm 2" footswitch makes it some version of a Mark III

I had one that sounded glorious one set, than ass the next. No idea why.

When they sound good, they kick ass. When they don't,. meh.
can be tempemental. Need to be HOT. Wind em up early before a gig.

Definitely a fully loaded MKIII , but hard to tell which stripe it is....Should have a set of EL34's in there to take advantage of the whole Simul-Class thing..Seems a bit high price wise...

Mark IIC+ production ended in 1985. Mark IV started in 1989. Therefore, this must be a Mark III of some kind.
