Gt-1000 - loop 2 is usually at the front of every chain. I use this to downtime the guitar and occasionally use the divebomb ability of the DT.
Loop 1 is usually placed after the amps, but occasionally before, and contains a ms70 CDR that's usually set to a ducking delay, and the ms60b that works as a boost or can cycle between a lot of bass drives and effects that are mainly used in front of amps in bass patches, but occasionally to use with guitar rigs too.

I find the HR's distortion models to be limited, so the Digitech gives me a lot of dirt options, the bass overdrive gives a bass specific distortion (that can sound surprisingly good with a guitar sometimes too), and nothing beats a nice tube screamer, and the green Behringer is faithful to a real one at a fraction of the price.
The echo machine gives a great ducking delay.

Just pedals I would want the option of running after amp blocks.

I have Alexander Quadrant, Space Race and Wavelength in a loop. Furman Spring Reverb in one and an Alesis Quadraverb in a stereo loop.

Into loop of my Kemper I use EHX SuperEgo and have a Zoom MS-70CDR into the loop of the SuperEgo.

Combined with wet Kemper verb/delay creates lush pads.

I had a Keeley D&M Drive and a Catalinbread Belle Epoch Deluxe there for some time but was able to replicate the D&M with Compulsive Drive and Minotaur models. The BED was harder but a Kinky boost before a Transistor tape delay got me close enough and I didn’t like the lack of tap tempo in the BED.

    So no pedals anymore.

Digitech FreqOut, EHX Freeze and TC Mimiq in the loop of my HX Stomp/Atomic Amplifire combo (not combo amp, combination of modelers...)

Just because I don't know how to "mimic" these effects in the modelers (pun intended). There's a doubler in the Helix (Double Take) but I just can't get it to react in the same way as the TC.
