So I´ve had Ssh+ before in my strat and now have a Ssv. Both are great but the ssh+ was a bit too hot. It was great for distortion but not as much with clean and overdrive.
The Ssv is a great versatile pickup and sounds good with distortion of course. But lacks a bit of power. I would like to find something in between the two pickups.
    Any suggestions?

    Ssv+ or ssh/ssh-.

The ssh balances pretty well with my v60LPs in my classic.

    Thanks!
I guess it would probably be one of those?

How about a thornbucker plus? Is it hotter than a ssv?
