1. The Gear Page is run by musicians for musicians. We listen, we learn and if we misstep we are not afraid to do the right thing. We proposed some changes to the Emporiums. Based on feedback from members, we have decided to not go ahead with those changes. However, it has also highlighted that we need some community input into what is working and what is not working for members here. Primarily focused on the Emporiums, we'd like input on your thoughts about TGP and how things work in the Emporiums for you and how you'd improve them. The discussion thread on the is here!

I'm 50+ and my ears ring and can't trust my own judgement, so looking for opinions. On the song by Joe Satriani, "You're My World", which model would you use? I'm using Throaty from heel/toe range set from 20% to 90% because that's how the recording sounds to me, deep, no boost/distortion, not too bright, and that's about as close as I can get without spending hours on it. But his wah sound could be different due to the P90's he's using, and I'm running a humbucker, don't know.

I've read all the comments about 'finding my own tone', but would like to cover this one as close as possible.

    Thanks for your opinion(s).
