Which Skreddy mayo is better with or without mids switch? Anyone know the main difference. Is the one without flat or scooped?

The ones without are scooped. The one with the switch just gives you both options.

Not necessarily true. I ordered mine with the option of choosing flat or scooped mids (no switch). I have one with no switch and flat mids because I hate scooped mids - ;)

From Marc, my original order -

I would hardly say I know about all instances but I suspect very few people custom ordered flat mids or knew that you could get the pedal that way. Im not sure how many are ever switchless at all.

Yeah, could be - however, I seem to remember that he had the option on his website for a short while before putting the switch on it.

I dunno about that. For 30+ years guys have done fine without flat mids. Its really only when youre playing in a dense mix - which is the last place you would use a muff anyway - that you would need the added midrange.

So I got to play both Mayos with and without the mids switch anyone else out there do the same and if so is the circuit the same?

I know it has the mids switch but other than that is there any difference?
