The binding on the body and neck of my guitar is really white and doesn't match the pickup rings which are cream color.
Can someone suggest a way to change the color of the binding to a cream color? I just don't like the white color.
I have heard some say there are some shoe polishes that can be used. Any truth to that? Thanks!

There are ways to use shoe polish... I've never done it, but seen tutorials and guys swearing by it. I like Amber shellac. The secret to shellac is thinning it down a good bit with denatured alcohol, doing thin coats and letting them dry about two hours in between coats.

Get white pickup rings, it will be much easier. If you do not like white then ignore this post.

There was a thread on here not too long ago about this guy who used shoe polish, water, and sandpaper to "dye" his binding. It looked great. I'll see if I can find the link again.
