I have some nice pick guard material
I have cad file(s) for the design.
But I am having trouble finding anyone who is willing to make it.

    I want it laser cut

Pick guardian won't do it (won't use customers material, won't use cad files)
Pickguard heaven say they need a much larger sheet of pick guard material for their CNC machine (my material is only 12"x 9.5", they need 25"x 9.5' x)

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

Why does it need to be laser cut?
I always ask the tech that does my repairs to cut new pickguards as needed. Usually runs about $25-$30.
He charged me $45 for a vintage type tort. Strat style for a G&L once.

Wd music in Tampa is the correct answer. They'll do anything. Send them the design and the material and you'll have it perfectly done. Or call them. Either way, they'll make it for you.

WD is clever too, because if they make a custom fit one, for a particular model, they will then start stocking ones for that model.
I got one for my Fender Blacktop bass, which has dual Jazz humbuckers in it, not easy to find a pickguard, but WD had it, and it fit perfectly.

I just bought a Dremel for like $40 at Home Depot last week for a home project. I was contemplating what you are asking ...rest assured I've decided to do this on my own. As icr said above, it's not that hard.

strat pick guard, but it's a non-standard shape, and non-standard neck pocket size, and I already have some material I want to use.

Patience, tape, a Dremel, and some quality time with you and the guitar bonding ...you'll be happy with the results! :)

They do laser cut with CADs although I don't know if they will use your material or not. It looks like they do more that just metal pickguards too.
