Who once sent their PTD Mini-Bone on a Tour Box for TGP-ers?

    I'm writing a blog post about fuzz and I can't remember who it was here who once sent his own Mini-Bone out to TGP-ers just so they could experience Paul's work...it was my first exposure to PTD pedals. Paul's work wasn't quite at the level of popularity it is now, but probably not far off. Anyone remember who did that? I feel like a tool because I got the pedal from him for a time too...

    Did he do it too? I do know I didn't get it from him...I want to say mcdes for some reason, but I think it starts with an S...I can't remember!

    Yah I seem to remember him sending out a PTD pedal just so people could see how great it was, this all before there were any official PTD tourboxes.

    Thanks for the link! I remember those videos too...Morgan was just taking off too...I think Crxsh used an AC20. Good stuff :)

    lol yeah, that was me. There was also this one, but not sure why it disappeared (it must have been in the first iteration of the thread).


    After the tour, I gave that pedal to my friend Jace Lasek who runs a studio in Montreal. Indie rock fans may know some albums he's produced (like "Apologies to the Queen Mary" by Wolf Parade) as well as his own band, The Besnard Lakes. That pedal is on this track (and one other from this album, I think):
