My first pedal was a Distortion + I bought new around the same time. Unfortunately, I don't have it any longer.

Yup, my boss bd-2 is still with me. I had stopped using it when I got an MI blues pro, but then I got it modded at cmatmod with the h2o mod, and it sounds so good now, that the blues pro is off the board! I couldn't believe it when I heard it. Anyways, my first pedal is now my #1 overdrive.

Mine was a passive Fender volume/tone pedal. That big chrome one that looks like an oversize wah pedal. Still have it; don't use it (use Ernie Ball vol. pedals). Purchased it new during high school. Next was a Crybaby Wah (Thomas Organ made).

zoom 505 multi-effects, zoom 504 reverb/delay multi-effects, and a danelectro mini "pastrami" overdrive... They all did a great job when i was completely broke and that's all i could afford, but i don't use any of them anymore. I still have them because i'm too busy to post them for sale (but if you want them, pm an offer!)

    HOW I WISH!

My first pedal was a Small Stone, around 1979. Still kicking myself for losing that one.

MXR Distortion +, circa 1977 (ish).

I still have it, even though it doesn't work right anymore.
