This has me really curios as to the cpu limitations for adding effects before it bogs down. As a pure effects unit, it looks incredible. The one hurdle would be live control and switching if you have a lot of virtual stomps. I guess that's where an external MIDI pedal comes in. I agree with @bradinnm, that it would be huge if this had some sort of IR loading, or short of that, some really well-developed cabinet emulators.

Great interface, but where in the hell are the audio examples on their Kickstarter page?

Yeah, still need to do some digging to get good info and demos. Here are a couple things to check out that are totally G.A.S.-initiating...pedalboard layouts (with audio) and plug-ins (items you can put in the virtual signal chain and to control MIDI functions):

    https://pedalboards.moddevices.com

    and a forum link:

This thing looks like a techno-guitarist's and/or ambient player's wet dream.

I really wish that more companies would go with a browser UI. I'm sure there's drawbacks, but I think the good would outweigh the bad. I'd love to see a modeler that used a UI that could be run on Chromebooks.

Still confused where the actual effects and stomps are coming from?

Seems like we would still be dependant on someone creating the effect and doing a good job at that to create accurate representations of specific pedals we all love. In the list of avaialalbe Plug-ins they seem to be very generic.

What would be cool is if it was easy to just take a vst and convert it.

Interesting concept - curious how it'll sound compared to other all-in-one alternatives like the RP360, Zoom, etc.
