Cliff has said he won't have a booth, but there might be a nearby hotel you can go to where he'll have a few units for people to play. Stop by the Axe-FX boards, there has been some talk about NAMM you can search. I am not sure what hotel he'll be at, or even if it's definitely happening... But I think that's the plan.

There's probably no reason for Fractal Audio to go to NAMM, other than to demonstrate the Axe-FX to the curious lookey-loo masses. Isn't NAMM a show for manufacturers to sell to distrtibutors/retailers ? As far as I know, Fractal is selling direct only.

cool.

i still think he should leave a demo unit at a guitar shop like LA Sound Design or Tone Merchants so the west coast cats can check it out.

We've decided not to go and concentrate on production. We've been intentionally trying to quell demand and going to NAMM would only make the backlog situation worse.

Hopefully in a month or so we should have production ramped up enough that we can start promoting it again. I think having some demo units at the high-end rack shops is a great idea.
