From what I read & heard from Sweetwater I assume NYET

I really would like to see Moog bring this to the MF Series!

The key thing is the univibe's wave shape. It's in bright lights on the Korg Nuvibe if you haven't seen it and are curious; so unless Moog is going to have a wave setting of that shape then it won't sound like a univibe.....but I'm sure you can get in the "neighborhood" or probably find some other great psychedelic sounds, but the vibe's wave shape is the first of many, many things needed to nail the vibe tone.

Agree on the wave shape but that korg is a little pricey.
Have you played it? I'm going to demo the EQD Depths to see how it gels with my existing pedal arrangement.
I am running the MXR M68 and recently put an MF Drive on the board and Univibe into the "Drive" combo allows me to dial in a variety of mind-blowing sonic mayhem.

Not sure on the MF chorus. I get Trower type tones pretty easily with an MXR 1974X Script P90. Otherwise, I use an Aquavibe which is extremely under-valued these days on the used market.

The other day I actually found one NAMM clip demonstrating the MF chorus and of course now I can't find it. I didn't think it sounded very univibeish at all. Of course, it wasn't an in depth look, so who knows until they hit the shelves.

In short: no. It's a completely different kind of effect.

    Yeah.
the chorus is a delay pedal.
    The univibe is a phaser.

The shape of the LFO really isn't going to change that fact

No, haven't played it, just used it as an example b/c it literally shows the wave shape with those little led slider lights.

    I use a Tube Vibe, it's incredible.

I wish a more in depth video would come out showcasing the MF chorus. The demo video was from Premier Guitar at NAMM and that about all I've been able to find. These minifoogers are exciting
