Wiring problem

I have a Parkwood H2 hybrid guitar. The wiring in it is completely screwed up and I can't seem to get it working. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this model?

Stupid question, but did you already try the manufacturer - they would certainly have a schematic. Whether they would share it is another question.

The pics I've found on the internet show 2 mini-humbuckers, a 3-way toggle on the upper bout, 2 standard pots & 1 concentric (stacked) pot plus another toggle switch near the concentric pot.

What do each of them do?

Just googled it. Couldn't find any diagrams but that guitar also has a piezo bridge pickup and a battery box in the rear (for the piezo pre-amp, most likely). I would guess that the standard pots are master volume/tone for the magnetic pickups, the concentric pot is volume (tone?) for the piezo and the mini-toggle is a selector for the magnetic pickups vs. piezo (and maybe both on at the same time.)

Is everything screwed up? If it's just the magnetic pickups then that's easy to fix. If the piezo/pre-amp is messed up then you'll need some help from someone other than me!

Well unfortunately it is the preamp and pieZo that are most of the problem...
