Hey I've been planning on making a custom tele for a while and I stumbled on this the other day.

    http://www.rondomusic.com/furrianmnbsbwt.html

If I made a telecaster like that, would the guitar still sound like a tele? I was just wondering because I would love a tremolo while still being able to have the awesome sound only a tele can make.

    Thanks for the help!

No it would sound like a tele copy with a vintage tremolo.

Of the guitar? It didn't sound distinctly like a tele . . . but I don't think he was going for that.

Of the guy playing it? In all honesty, I didn't watch the whole thing. Besides, Leo F. wasn't a player but he sure had some good ideas about making good sounding guitars.
