Most of that Velvet-Lou-Warhol-Nico footage is available on Velvet documentaries.
I've always put Lou in a different catagory than Iggy & Bowie.
He wrote a zillion real rock-n-roll tunes and is by far my favorite song writer of all time.
I've consistently listened to Lou's records as much as anyone else's in history (including Clapton or The Allmans) For more than 45 years.

Agreed. Lou Reed is closer to a tin pan alley songwriter than the other two. They're the real deal rock stars. I always felt Lou Reed was out of his depth as a front man. He's an incredible songwriter but a curmudgeonly frontman/performer. The other two are all about performance.

Saw Iggy in '94 at a festival on the beach in Ostend, Belgium. He did not wear a shirt. Shocking.
