Impossible to find. I hope Bob gets better, and gets back to his pedal making. He is talented.

This fuzz is sick. Its better than my mayonaise. I am without question selling my sustain punch, fuzzfactory, and DAM meathead.

I didn't think it was possible. But this pedal is like a muff, mixed with a tonebender, and then refined for a more sit in the mix sound. I can do stones, gilmour, beatles, to modern day shizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    Good Job Bob

Almost two months ago I got one brand new (not from Bob himself).
Well, I can't say that it was a revelation to me, but it's pretty versatile for a muff-type pedal and you can get some useful tones out of it.

According to my humble ears, the attack knob works as follows :
    • untill 11.00 it's very muff-like
    • at noon it gets a lot of mids (Rat-like maybe?)
    • full up it gets saturated with slower attack (sort of silicon fuzz?)
Would be interested in hearing other users' opinions, as this pedal is not much talked about here.
At first I wasn't very impressed with it, but I'll definitely keep it. Never managed to bond with the EH muff!

Above all, I really hope Mr. Sweet gets better.

Wow, selling your Meathead. It must be good. I have a SS Pro Bender MK II which is the best MK II clone I've tried. So I'm not surprised. Bob is one talented guy.

The only thing better than a Sweet Sound Pi Face is two Sweet Sound Pi Faces.

I still haven't tried the PI Face yet. But my Pro Bender does some wild stuff when it's feeding back through an amp.

I've owned a couple of them. The first one I really liked but ended up selling it to downsize a bit. Then later I went through another phase of big muffs and decided to try it again but didn't like it as much as some others I tried. Now I've got a Mayo and think I'm done but the Pi is definitely one of the better ones out there. ps. If you want to sell that mayonaise let me know!

I am going to keep the mayonaise even tho the sweet pi is better. Everything else is being sold. The mayonaise is my shelf piece.

Yup- I think the Pi Face is a sleeper. I love mine, and find that I prefer setting the attack low- somewhere around 9 o' clock. That setting produces a very nice grit that works well with my amps, and when stacked with the E or the BoR.

I wish I'd bought all 4 that I tested on last summer's tourbox....... gah!

Regardless, my admiration and BEST wishes to Bob!

Right on, I wouldn't sell one if I had one either. Can we at least get a pic? :)

Thanks man. I've got way less than other folks here, but they do the job for me!

Keep posting. This pedal should be talked about more.

Are any Sweetsound pedals being made now? Sorry---I'm out of the loop on the Bob Sweet story---though I understand he's very ill.

The Sweetsound fuzz pedals are amazing.
I own a Fillmore West, and it's absolutely one of my all time favourite fuzzes. That said, I've got to see it due to other expenses, but I will own one again someday.

As I understand it they are still all being made but there is some wait time involved at this point.
